Billing and Plans

Stashii offers Free, Creator, Pro, and Studio plans. Each plan determines your storage, feature limits, and access to advanced tools.

View Your Current Plan

On web:

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. See your active plan, billing interval, next renewal date, and trial status (if applicable).

On mobile:

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Your current plan is shown in your account details.

Upgrade or Change Your Plan

On web:

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want.
  4. Complete payment through the Stripe billing portal.

On mobile:

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Manage Subscription to open the billing webview.
  3. Select a new plan and complete payment.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Open the billing portal (web: Settings → Billing; mobile: Settings → Account → Manage Subscription).
  2. Select a lower plan.
  3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

After downgrading, existing content is preserved but you may lose access to features that exceed your new plan's limits (e.g., extra Spaces or collections become read-only until you reduce them).

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Open the billing portal.
  2. Choose Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm.

After cancellation:

  • Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges are applied.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan when the period ends.
  • All existing content is preserved.

Free Trial

New accounts may start with a free trial of a paid plan. When the trial ends:

  • Your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Existing content is preserved.
  • You can upgrade at any time to restore full access.

Manage Payment Details

From the billing portal you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Change your billing address
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • View invoice history

Refunds

For billing issues or charge disputes, contact support directly. The AI assistant will connect you with the billing team for refund requests.
