By accessing or using Stashii ("the Service"), operated by Stashii ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You agree to use Stashii only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
To use Stashii, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and other content you upload to Stashii ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
When you create a share link, you are responsible for who accesses that content. Stashii is not liable for any unauthorized access that results from you sharing a link with unintended parties. You can revoke share links at any time.
Some features of Stashii require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We use Stripe for payment processing.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Free plan users are subject to the storage and feature limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice. If you exceed your storage limit, new uploads will be paused until space is freed or your plan is upgraded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASHII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stashii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
The Stashii name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Stashii. You may not use our branding without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
