Connect Stashii to Claude

Stashii works with Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, so your team can search and organize your library by talking to Claude in plain English.

What you can do

Once connected, you can ask Claude things like:

• *"Find the best 10 photos from yesterday's golf shoot."*
• *"Rate them 5 stars and label them green."*
• *"Add them to a Tournament Highlights collection."*
• *"What did I shoot last week?"*
• *"Give me download links for these photos."*

Claude does the work and shows you the result. Changes appear in the Stashii app instantly.

Claude can also hand you secure download links so you can pull your original files out of Stashii (to use in another app, a portfolio, and so on), on any plan. There is no single-tap download for a whole folder or collection, but Claude can list a collection and give you links for its items.

How to connect

1. Open Claude (Desktop or claude.ai).
2. Go to Settings > Connectors (or Connectors in the sidebar).
3. Choose Add a connector, search for Stashii, and choose Connect. Your browser opens Stashii's consent screen.
4. Sign in if needed, pick the workspace you want Claude to act on, and choose Allow.

Claude can now read or modify that workspace.

Tiers and what Claude can do

• Free and Starter: Claude can view your library (search, list collections, and so on).
• Pro and above: Claude can also modify your library (rate, label, caption, rename, organize, and share).

If you are on Free or Starter and want Claude to make changes, upgrade your plan from Settings > Billing. See Billing and Plans.

What Claude cannot do

For your safety, Claude cannot delete media, folders, or collections, change billing, or change account settings. Those actions stay in the Stashii app.

Limits

• Up to 60 tool calls per minute per connection (anti-abuse).
• Up to 200 items per bulk operation.

Activity log

Every action Claude takes is logged. Open Settings > Connections, select your Claude connection, and choose View activity. Each row shows the tool, success or failure, how many items were affected, and how long it took.

How to disconnect

Open Settings > Connections and choose Revoke next to the Claude connection. Claude stops being able to make changes immediately.

Troubleshooting

• "Token expired" or "Connection lost": reconnect through the Claude Connectors > Reconnect flow.
• Claude says it can't modify your library: make sure you are on Pro or higher, and that the connection has read and write scope (you choose this on the consent screen).
